With a background in customer service, caregiving, and operations, Ayana brings a detail-driven, people-first approach to supporting quality services. She focuses on clear communication, accurate documentation, and efficient processes so clients receive timely, well-organized support without confusion or delays.

Serving as a central point of coordination between clients, consultants, and leadership, Ayana works behind the scenes to ensure expectations are aligned and nothing is overlooked. Her goal is to make the compliance process feel structured, predictable, and manageable.

Our Story

"This business has been a dream for me. My strengths lie in engaging people and helping them understand complex topics in fun, practical ways. My nature is a ’rule follower’ which has proven helpful when working in compliance 😊. I love teaching, studying, learning, helping, and especially, building relationships and developing connections. And, I am becoming the boss I always hoped to have, and I am extremely proud of my staff.


My master’s degrees are in business and education, but I wasn't satisfied working for someone or teaching in public schools. When this business opportunity came up, I jumped and haven't looked back. This business is the perfect blend of my experience, skills, and passions.


My motivation comes from an internal drive to learn, grow, and succeed and to help provide for my family. My husband and I have two teenage sons diagnosed with fragile X syndrome. This is a genetic disease that causes cognitive disability, low language, anxiety, and other autism characteristics. They will likely live with us for the rest of our lives. I want to build a business that is a legacy and support them after we're gone.
