With a background in both business and education, Kelli blends practical insight with teaching excellence, breaking down complicated compliance requirements into simple, actionable steps. With a background in teaching, Lindsay brings remarkable skills to her training sessions with enthusiasm, expertise, and a lot of fun. Establishing connections and assisting others are strengths that she wholeheartedly embraces. Lindsay served as an elementary school teacher prior to embarking on her journey with Healthcare Compliance Associates.



Lindsay is native to Oregon but new to Central Oregon. She and her family are enjoying all that the area has to offer biking, hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, and more.

Sydney King, EFDA

Compliance Consultant for Southern Oregon


Originally from Tennessee, Sydney King has called Grants Pass home since 2007. After graduating high school in 2009, she pursued her passion for healthcare and helping others, earning her certification through the Dental Assisting Program at Rogue Community College in 2014. As an experienced EFDA, Sydney is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to create positive experiences in every aspect of her work. Her deep understanding of clinical operations makes her a trusted compliance consultant for healthcare practices throughout Southern Oregon.


When she’s not helping clinics stay audit-ready, Sydney enjoys life with her husband and their son—hiking, floating the river, or enjoying game nights at home. She also loves painting and crafting in her spare time.

Amy Rovai

Compliance Consultant for Eugene/Springfield and Surrounding Area


Amy has called Oregon home for nearly 20 years. With over 14 years of experience in dental office and clinical management, including multi-specialty practices, she is dedicated to helping teams feel supported and confident in their compliance journey. Her background in public health and her service as a Peace Corps volunteer in Albania bring a unique, people-focused perspective to the work she does with clients.


Known for her professionalism, empathy, and patient-centered approach, Amy’s goal is to simplify complex processes so clinics can focus on providing excellent care.


Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Oregon’s waterfalls.

Chelsey grew up in Oregon and earned a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Oregon. With a passion for marketing and a love of helping people, she enjoys putting her skills to work to make a positive difference.


When not at work, you can usually find her reading or spending time with friends and family.

From the Healthcare Compliance Associate's owner, Kelli Ngariki:


"This business has been a dream for me. My strengths lie in engaging people and helping them understand complex topics in fun, practical ways. My nature is a ’rule follower’ which has proven helpful when working in compliance 😊. I love teaching, studying, learning, helping, and especially, building relationships and developing connections. And, I am becoming the boss I always hoped to have, and I am extremely proud of my staff.


My master’s degrees are in business and education, but I wasn't satisfied working for someone or teaching in public schools. When this business opportunity came up, I jumped and haven't looked back. This business is the perfect blend of my experience, skills, and passions.


My motivation comes from an internal drive to learn, grow, and succeed and to help provide for my family. My husband and I have two teenage sons diagnosed with fragile X syndrome. This is a genetic disease that causes cognitive disability, low language, anxiety, and other autism characteristics. They will likely live with us for the rest of our lives. I want to build a business that is a legacy and support them after we're gone.


I truly appreciate every one of our clients and feel honored to serve them. It’s such a blessing to hear clients tell me that we make their jobs easier."
